Leo is a God among men. What an absolute champ.
Yet another shootout loss to the Bruins today. This Giroux shootout goal from a week ago is still on my mind, though.
Song of the day: Radiohead’s “Codex” off of last years album, The King of Limbs. After painstakingly refreshing Radiohead’s ticket website, I was able to secure 2 pit tickets at the Verizon Center on June 3. It’s going to be a ridiculous show, and I’m going to be right up front.
I think that “Codex” is the best song on Radiohead’s latest release. It’s beautiful, sad, and slightly haunting all at the same time. The music video really captures the essence of the song, too. Check it out.
Song of the day: “Crash Years” by the New Pornographers. Interesting angle to film a music video, let alone any video, from. Every once and a while I hear this song and it’s stuck in my head for days.
Song of the day: “The Wilhelm Scream” by James Blake. No words describe how amazing this song is.
Song of the day: “My Only Swerving” by El Ten Eleven. This is honestly the only song I’ve ever listened to by this two-man band, so I wonder if any of there other stuff is as awesome as this? Whenever I’m driving on the highway I listen to this song. Try it.
Song of the day: “The Killing Moon” by Echo and the Bunnymen. Heard this song on a commercial this morning and can’t get it out of my head.
